Our workshop
Oasi’s fresh pasta journey began around the year 2000, when the restaurant’s owners decided to start making pasta in-house. Since then, the workshop has expanded, allowing us to distribute our products to supermarkets and other restaurants.
Every day, we prepare handmade fresh pasta using wholesome, carefully selected ingredients to offer the best of Italian culinary tradition.
Our philosophy is rooted in respect for raw materials, to ensure authentic flavor and genuine quality in every product.

Our deli counter is the heart of flavor and tradition. Every day we offer a wide selection of ready-made dishes, crafted with fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. From our signature fresh pasta ready to enjoy, to artisanal sauces prepared according to traditional recipes, and a variety of flavorful main courses and delicious sides—everything is designed to deliver a genuine, home-style food experience.

Our fresh pasta selection
We offer a full assortment of ravioli, agnolotti, tortellini, gnocchi, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and passatelli—ranging from classic fillings to more unique options, like our cappellacci stuffed with greater amberjack. Care and attention in every stage of production allow us to deliver consistently high quality and the comforting taste of home-made pasta.
Thanks to our modern and well-equipped workshop, we can also meet custom production requests from our clients.
