The venue
Oasi Ristorante Staffolo is nestled in the scenic Marche countryside, at the foot of one of the highest hills in the Vallesina valley.
With decades of experience, we offer guests a chance to enjoy the authentic flavors of traditional Marche home cooking in welcoming, versatile spaces—perfect for every occasion, from intimate lunches to grand celebrations.
The restaurant features a large outdoor garden, ideal for summer dinners, a spacious hall for weddings and group events, a cozy room for private occasions, and a ground-floor space available for birthdays and private parties.
Quality and tradition
Our cuisine is deeply rooted in the area's farming traditions, yet always looks toward the future. Thanks to our prime location between the mountains and the sea, we specialize in both meat and seafood dishes.
Most of our recipes are handmade using fresh, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. A must-try is the Crescia, an ancient recipe from Irene, served with local cured meats and regional cheeses.
Over the years, we’ve also opened a fresh pasta and gourmet food lab, where we craft specialties sold both to the public and to local supermarkets.
To complement every dish, our wine cellar offers a curated selection—ranging from locally produced Verdicchio to the bold Rosso Conero.
