## About

Oasi Ristorante was founded in 1987 by Danilo and Roberta, who started with a small bar and pizzeria beneath their home. In 2004, Andrea and Romina joined as partners and the business expanded into a spacious, elegant venue. Today Oasi is a versatile location nestled in the Marche countryside, at the foot of one of the highest hills in the Vallesina valley.

The restaurant motto is "Where tradition meets innovation." The cuisine is rooted in the farming traditions of the surrounding territory while embracing modernity. Thanks to a privileged location between the Adriatic coast and the Apennine mountains, the kitchen specializes in both meat and seafood dishes. Most recipes are handmade using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

A signature specialty is "Crescia," an ancient recipe from Irene, served with local cured meats and regional cheeses.

## Restaurant Menu

The menu features traditional Marche cuisine organized into categories: Antipasti (starters), Primi piatti (first courses), Secondi piatti (main courses), Contorni (side dishes), Pizzeria (red and white pizzas), Dessert, Beverages, and La Cantina (wine cellar featuring local Verdicchio and Rosso Conero selections).

Fish dishes are available from Thursday evening through Sunday evening only.

Daily lunch specials: Tuesday–Friday at 15 EUR (includes water, wine, coffee). Friday fish lunch menu at 20 EUR.

## Catering and Events

Oasi provides full-service catering throughout the Marche region since 1987. Services cover weddings, baptisms, confirmations, birthdays, corporate events, and private dinners. The catering includes tables, chairs, dishware, linens, and on-site cooking.

Live cooking stations offer handmade olive all'ascolana, cremini, battered zucchini flowers, grill station with castrato skewers, mini burgers, grilled mussels, shrimp skewers, and baked scallops.

The restaurant has a permanent wedding venue partnership at Badia di San Vittore in Cingoli and collaborates with "Loving Marche Wedding" wedding planner.

The venue itself features a large outdoor garden for summer events, a spacious hall for weddings and group events, a cozy room for private occasions, and a ground-floor space for birthdays and parties.

## Fresh Pasta Shop

Established around 2000, the artisanal fresh pasta laboratory produces handmade pasta daily. Products include Ravioli, Agnolotti, Tortellini, Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, and Passatelli, with classic and specialty fillings.

The gastronomy counter also sells ready-made dishes, artisanal sauces with traditional recipes, main courses, and side dishes. The shop supplies local supermarkets and restaurants as well.

## Residence

Oasi Residence offers 7 comfortable rooms adjacent to the restaurant. Room types: Single, Double, Triple, and Quadruple. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, minibar, TV, and air conditioning. Breakfast is included, with optional lunch and dinner service available.
